Our Founder

Kristin Hambleton has more than 15 years of experience leading marketing,  sales, and communications at some of the largest and most prestigious senior living organizations in the United States. Her passion for senior living and building innovative, integrated marketing and sales strategies has led her to become a highly regarded professional in the space.

Kristin holds a Master's Degree in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, which strengthens her ability to identify leadership strengths, opportunities, and weaknesses. Her passion is in developing innovative marketing and sales strategies to improve team effectiveness and outcomes. She is a graduate of the LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy, a member of the SMASH Advisory Board, and a nationally recognized speaker and influencer in aging services.
